Perfect for a wedding party, family reunion or fun getaway with friends, this spacious main villa offers the best of Philippine hospitality. Enjoy your own private pool, beautifully-furnished open-space living and dining area, and stunning ocean views. This villa can comfortably accommodate up to ten people. Also, upon request we can help you hire a private butler and chef.

There are villas nestled around a serene pool with an attached kiddie pool, bar and restaurant for the ultimate relaxation. There are villas with king size beds, and one villa has two full-size beds and all are perfectly designed for maximum relaxation and rejuvenation. These villas have pull out hotel style beds available with a maximum of four guest per villa's with king size beds and maximum of six guest in the villa with two full size beds.

Also, have a few dorm type villas that are just steps from our restaurant and grilling stations and offer a quaint setting for family and friends, sleeping 6 to 8 guest per villa.

Relax in luxurious simplicity or take advantage of the resort's famed serenity. Punta de Gloria is perfect for a wedding, party, team-building event or retreat:

Beach access (just 110 steps from the villas and a great cardio workout!). This is the owner's private property and access can be granted.

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Punta De Gloria Villas l has the right to refuse service to anyone.
No pets allowed.
Bringing in beverages (beer, hard drinks and soda) are strictly prohibited, unless prior written approval.
2% service charge will be added to your total bill.
No smoking in villas/rooms and only in designated smoking area. A charge of P10,000 will be added to your bill should you or anyone in your party smoke in rooms/villas or non-designated areas.
No drinking and eating around immediate parameters of POOL and while swimming. Eating and Drinking in Trilles and Bar only.
Not responsible for accidents or injuries.
Any damages to the resort will be charged to guest.
In order to use swimming pools you must wear swim suite attire. Cotton is absolutely restricted.
Pool opens at 7 am and closes at 10 pm.

No life guards. We are a home stay and not required. Swimming is at your own risk.
Private events a guest list for who is staying in each Villa is required 24 hours before check-in. Then, guests not staying at resort will be asked to leave by 12 midnight, unless prior written approval has been arranged in advance.
Kitchen opens at 7 am and closes at 9 pm.

Beach Access is private property of the owners and can be granted access by prior request.
Environmental User's Fee of Php 5.00 pax from 7 years old and up, in a separate payment with ticket.

Payment Policy

Declined or invalid credit card will cancel reservations automatically.

All guests must provide photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of check-in or full payment will be charged to credit card on reservation and deposit will be forfeited.
